What we are looking for a veterinarian who
Will work closely with our clients and their pets
Will provide patients with a high level of patient care while thoroughly working up cases
Has excellent surgical techniques and dental skills
Is emotionally intelligent and is capable of leading a team

Possess strong people skills, with a specialized focus on the quality of care that provides client satisfaction to the highest degree
Be a clear and effective communicator with both clients and fellow team members
Be committed to superior client services in all aspects of your job
Have acute attention to detail
Be respectful and courteous to all team members
Operationally we are looking for a veterinarian who
Will work with the practice manager with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of veterinarians
Maintain veterinarian schedules and assist team leaders with their schedules if needed
Will work and partner with the regional operations team to support initiatives and policies
Be involved in all budgetary decisions
Is comfortable with coaching and disciplinary actions
Organize and lead regular meetings for the doctor team
Attend and take part in operational meetings and workshops (some travel required)
Perform and deliver performance evaluations for doctors

We are a full service veterinary hospital for your family's dogs and cats that has been part of the Thornton community for the past twelve years. Our clinic offers a full-service pharmacy, wellness exams, grooming, vaccinations, dental care, routine and orthopedic surgeries, on site digital x-ray, ultrasound, laser therapy and acupuncture treatments.
