We are seeking a highly motivated individual dedicated to practicing high quality emergency medicine in an extremely well equipped and state-of-the-art facility for a practice with a 40 plus year record of providing quality emergency services in the area. Our experienced and dedicated support staff members provide our patients with high quality 24 hour nursing care.

The After Hours Veterinary Emergency Clinic, PA (AHVEC) is the longest standing after hours emergency veterinary clinic in Greensboro. AHVEC provides emergency veterinary services for the Piedmont Triad Region of North Carolina. It was started in 1976 and in 1996 moved to a brand new state of the art facility specially designed for the needs of an emergency and critical care veterinary practice. The practice remains at that location at 5505 West Friendly Avenue in Greensboro, and it is the site of the birthplace of Dolly Madison, wife of the fourth U.S. President James Madison.
