Located minutes from Louisville, KY in Southern Indiana, the area is beautiful, with plenty to do between the city just across the river and the rural outdoors just to the north. Our current situation/needs would be ideal for a new/newer grad that is looking for mentorship. That's not lip service, either - if desired, we would provide an organized mentorship plan for you. We're also open to more seasoned applicants, of course. Whomever joins the team, our goal is to encourage professional growth - whether that's getting your feet under you as a new DVM, honing your primary skills, or pursuing a new skill set (ultrasound? ortho? dentistry? up to you). Salary, benefits, etc are competitive and negotiable. A good attitude and team-focus on your part is not negotiable. Mentorship, if needed or desired, will be figured into the equation (friendly advice: anyone who tells you different is lying somewhere). No Saturdays or on-call.
