| The High Ridge Animal Hospital has been in practice at the same location since 1964. In 2017, the clinic changed hands and under new ownership we are excited to have grown to the point of adding another associate to our team! We are looking for either part-time or full-time and offer high quality mentorship with our experienced doctor. Located in High Ridge, Missouri, our practice is an important part of this friendly community. We take part in the annual Christmas parade and assist with various community fundraisers. We also give back through our work with rescue groups and shelters. Our experienced staff is supportive and works as a professional adjunct to the doctor. This allows you to focus on patient care and educating clients to be empowered pet owners. We are proud of our collaborative mind-set and positive attitude; new hires can look forward to joining a drama-free work environment. We are fortunate in being able to offer an outstanding work/life balance with no on-call or after-hours requirements. No one at our clinic is expected to sacrifice their personal and family well-being in their commitment to treating patients and clients. Our animal hospital sees predominantly dogs and cats and supports a diverse medical and surgical caseload. However, we are open to whatever interests our doctors have (reptile, pocket pet, avian, etc.). This allows new associates to grow multiple interests in the areas of endocrinology, cardiology, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and orthopedic surgery. Our modern facility is equipped with digital radiography, in-house laboratory (CBC, Chemistry, and Sedivue), Class IV laser, a comfortable and well appointed surgical suite with new anesthetic unit and monitoring equipment, a new electro-surgical unit, and an ultrasonic scaler and high speed drill for dental procedures.
