TelePAWS is currently hiring veterinarians who are interested in providing veterinary tele-advice and telemedicine services on a part-time basis to pet owners.  Our contract veterinarians work from the comfort of home and take appointments on their own schedules, responding to appointment requests made by our clients on the TelePAWS website.  

The TelePAWS team is dedicated to bridging gaps in care, expanding preventive outreach, and making it convenient for pet owners to access affordable veterinary care from whether they are at home or on the road. 

Interested vets must have: their DVM, be a licensed veterinarian in the state(s) in which they practice, and have videoconference capabilities via smartphone, computer, or tablet to meet with clients and their pets via TelePAWS' videoconferencing platform.  Comfortability with technology is a must.  Preference will be given to veterinarians who are currently licensed in—or are willing to become licensed in—any of the following states: FL, LA, MA, MI, OH, PA, NJ, and NY.

TelePAWS is an industry leader in providing veterinary tele-advice and telemedicine and is innovative in its application of technology to enable our veterinarians to evaluate pets via video conferencing.  Our caring, compassionate team takes appropriate steps to gather all essential veterinary medical information from the client, review the pet's medical history, examine the pet through real-time video conferencing, and conduct all appropriate evaluations and other services consistent with standards of veterinary care for the particular patient presentation to provide guidance to the client, including prescribing medication for the pet, if needed and allowed in the state where the pet is located.
