Hello,     My name is Janina Krajewski but locally I’m known as Dr. Nina. Instead of referring to the details of what we offer to our veterinarians which can be discussed via a Zoom call or in person, I would like to tell you a little about myself and how I run my practice differently.     I don’t presume to know it all, in fact, I’m constantly learning… but what I do know is that in the past 20 years of practicing I have noticed a huge transition within our industry. Some of the changes are positive, but some are not.  I had two very successful practices that I started from scratch and ran for many years, I had a great team and overall, I was very happy. Then one of my associates wanted to move out of state closer to family and I decided to sell the practice she ran. Well
