Burleigh Road Animal Hospital is excited to welcome clinical-year DVM students seeking externship opportunities! We can accommodate two and four-week arrangements, plus we offer a $750/week stipend to offset travel expenses. We are conveniently located in beautiful Brookfield, Wisconsin - just 20 minutes from downtown Milwaukee.
Collaborate within our AAHA-accredited, updated facility - we just completed a major renovation (including an upgraded dental suite)!
Take your skills to the next level (we average 20 scheduled appointments per day with procedures)
Observe and participate in routine and emergency examinations, diagnostic interpretations, and surgical and dental procedures, complete with access to a DACVS for ortho, DACVIM for abdominal ultrasound, and DACVR for digital rad consults
