Location

Creekside Animal Hospital and Wellness Center is a progressive, privately owned, full-service, small animal practice located in the Greater Lafayette Area. Our two clinics are conveniently located on both sides of the Wabash River, the divide of Lafayette from West Lafayette, neighbors to the beautiful Purdue University campus, and within comfortable driving distance from both Chicago, Illinois and Indianapolis, Indiana.

About Us

Our team consists of 5 full-time veterinarians, 6 registered veterinary technicians, three managers, and a well trained support staff. Creekside Animal Hospital & Wellness Center offers a well equipped surgical suite, CT diagnostics, digital radiology, laparoscopic surgeries, in-house blood machines, non-invasive blood pressure monitoring (doppler machine), basic ultrasound diagnostics, and much more. While teamwork is encouraged through daily rounds, we encourage our doctors to explore their individual interests and passions. Creekside Animal Hospital & Wellness Center has been voted "Best Veterinarian" 11 times in our local newspaper proving we are well-received by our community.

Hours of Operation

Our hours of operation are 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 1:00pm on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. Our Veterinarians should anticipate working 27-33 hours weekly with one Saturday off a month during the first year. All after-hour emergencies are referred to Purdue University Small Animal Hospital Emergency & Critical Care to allow time for our employees to spend time on hobbies, with friends and family, and to promote a healthy work-life balance.
